A clear starting point for project engagements with IndependentStudio.
1. Scope
These terms apply to creative and consulting services provided by IndependentStudio unless a signed project agreement states otherwise.
2. Proposals and scope
Deliverables, timing, fees and responsibilities are defined in the accepted proposal. Changes to scope may affect schedule and budget.
3. Fees and payment
Invoices are payable within the period stated in the proposal. Third-party costs are approved before commitment and billed separately.
4. Rights and usage
Usage rights transfer after full payment and only to the extent defined in the project agreement. Working files and unused concepts remain with the studio unless agreed otherwise.
